Fidget cube, or dot cube as I believe it's called, The QiYi O2 is a cube that has a fidget spinner in it's core and takes two moves to solve. Basically you can only move the spinner pads and they'll always be one move away from solved, making it a two move cube.

Edit: I tried to pick the fastest cube to my knowledge that doesn't require a lot of skill, but I guess I picked a pretty obscure non WCA puzzle, sorry about that

Edit 2: also if anyone its curious, the minimum moves for Rubik's cubes, known as God's number, is 21. I am a cubaholic

Oh yea. While the two twats from SwSh were horrible, they at least came around by the end if the game and realized they were being stuck up douchenozzles and tried to right their wrongs. Melli from Legends Arceus doesn't really do that.(from what I've seen). He basically acts like the universe revolves around him and that he is above everyone else, even his superiors. Even in the end when you save the region, he still treats you like you're basically a nobody. And while he does admit you are stronger in the end, he still acts like he is superior to you in every way.
