Reposting a deleted image is against the rules, so this will be deleted on those grounds alone. The previous post was likely deleted for being a low-effort edit, just combining the backside of the female version with the front side of the male version to create an andromorph version. Third-party edits are discouraged if there isn't a fair amount of effort put into it (and by effort, that means skill to make something unique and different from the original, not lazily splicing two versions together for a barely noticeable difference).

Why is effort the sole determining factor? If the edit is seamless, why should anyone care?

Because this site is for archiving original artwork, not every edit someone sneezes out. It's right there in the uploading guidelines you should have read before uploading:
    https://e621.net/wiki_pages/uploading_guidelines#quality
It even tells you what to do if you feel your edit was deleted unfairly (which it has been twice before: post #2094649 and post #3437813). Either way, reuploading the same image is not the proper way to deal with it. The third time's not the charm.

It sucks that apparently "effort" is the determining factor only for other people and not the artist. If the artist splices the dick and boobs together it's "omg!! hot woman with dick!" but when someone who isn't the artist splices two bits together it's all of a sudden too low effort.

In the uploading guidelines I should've read? I didn't upload this.
