i barely feel anything when im sick. i also cant feel pain all that well. and i dont feel emotions like other people.......i might have a problem.

That sounds like Clinical Depression.

Being "old" isn't related to your chronological age, but to your health and vivacity. Ninety-plus-year-olds can be healthier and more active, thus "younger" than those half their age.
