I don't think it's the artist who is making these versions; It seems that they are edits of an anonymous.To my knowledge, there is no other source where the image has been uploaded other than e621.
So arguably unofficial, much less lack of ideas, until proven otherwise.

Their coming from a website where people just dump images ask for requests and maybe someone does them
