The poo one was pretty true to the game, but I don't think anyone asked me to sacrifice someone else -- they're all volunteering.

If you are the last of your kind, a Lamb, then it makes sense that no babies are born at all in your cult since you have made everyone marry you... and since there is no other of your kind, well no babies.
