I think that's just apart of his body that's a different shade or color. I so love this picture it has everything I love Tentacles, Internal, Knotting, and two sexy creatures loving each other.

If that's the case, I suppose you could easily apply the same logic to other pictures. In that case, there's only a couple dozen pictures on the internet, ever.
