I think He's referring to the little (almost imperceptible) glitches on the dress near Serena's left hand, and the mysterious phantom moving glass on the left corner of the screen, and yeh... also the tail and probably... the chest.

I'm so glad this character is getting more stuff. Always loved her look, that dress is killer.

Just a personal opinion, but Serena is cuter without the glasses, but I get that's part of her character design. Some alt edits would be cute too though.
