MemberNever really played any RPG board games before I've attended some D&D tournaments with some friends but I always wound up getting a headache after reading the first 17 pages of the basic training book.

MemberI've played video games all my life. My first system was a Sega Game Gear. Got every console from there to the 360 before finally building a PC and spending several hours a day playing everything that online gaming has to offer.
But lemme tell ya, none of that even comes CLOSE to how fun it is playing D&D with good friends.

MemberReally? There's only one person in my group who can't use magic, and he gets his shit pushed in ALL THE FREAKING TIME!

MemberI can't really see a fire priestess being lawful neutral. Sure, there are some LG gods that are all about cleansing flames, but fire's usually associated with the chaotic side of things. LN's not likely to gel well with RD's character either.
And if Twilight is half the DM she should be, they're going to encounter at least a few fire mephits. I know fire's kind of Spitfire's thing, and she's intelligent enough to know that without a healer everypony is going to be hugging the floor (especially when RD charges in without looking), but you don't do elemental clerics unless you're playing Dark Sun. You invest in the healing and protection stuff- some call it boring, I call it staying alive.

MemberWho says a priestess has to be a cleric? Druids are priests/priestesses too, and Wildfire Druids are a thing. And with regards to being LN, well... we speak of 'the Law of Nature', do we not? LN just means you are acutely aware of The Rules at all times, and are able to take advantage of every single loophole if it's 'technically correct'. Frankly, I don't see any reason why a LN Wildfire Druid would be a disadvantage on any level. Fire can burn, and it can also cleanse and purify.
