not all vore is fatal .... it get complicated but there is such a thing as safe vore (couple of methods to it) honestly vore has a lot of different ways it could play out

Vore logic/cartoon logic. Vore is a very "cartoon" thing that can happen, and if you look close enough in children's media (such as Loony Tunes, Hanna-Barbera and literature, etc. (I've even heard some people got into it via Lego Ninjago)) you will find many examples that are echoed in modern interpretations of vore (mostly oral vore because that is the silliest of them all that is still somewhat safe for kids).
