To me, this is the only funny "the punchline is porn" meme because the original video is based on a scene from an actual episode. The joke isn't "ZOMG DICKS GO IN THE VAGINGA?!? I WILL NEVER RECOVER!", it's taking something that is innocent to most people and making it... significantly less so. It's an actual "If you know, you know"
