I'm a Deist and I would still hit that. But seriously, does the necklace really matter? Might be wearing it because she thinks it looks cool. I got friends who have japanese words tattooed on their bodies but I don't think they study Taoism and I got friends that celebrate Cinco De Mio but they know nothing of Hispanic culture. All that matters is personality and kinks.
