hey! im archer, i like to rank movesets like these competitively

i personally really like this moveset and the character, i could see it working with a choice band/scarf, its got an unresisted moveset and can cover plenty of types, the only thing keeping it from being a 10 is that it has volt absorb but thats zeraoras only ability so i'll forgive it

novelty ranking: 9/10
competitive ranking: 8/10

I love that you took the time to do this x3 You know a lot more about competitive play than I do, I mostly play for story and collecting like an Eevee obsessed hoarder x3
