People already know who he is irl and due to his connection to Markiplier that's 100% unlikely to ever happen. Sad but eh. He'd have to take up a completely different moniker and even then his art style is unique enough that people would recognize it.

If for no other reason than Markiplier would never let him live it down. The few times we've seen him or he was mentioned it was a wholesome sibling moment. If Tom went all out, you just know those moments would become "this is my brother, Tom. HE DRAWS FURRY PORN!! You should check him out." Cause siblings are just like that, your worst friend and your closest enemy.
