Towering-tags, Batman! Footprints and Foot-prints? That's so unnecessary I'm too amused to edit it.
On topic, though, it's called a horizon line for a reason. Unless it's being obscured because she's riding a giant blue peanut on top of a massive wave, the horizon should be visible and completely flat against the sky.
More to my strong suit, the body is proportioned appropriately. Nothing seems too big or too small, which is good. The features themselves, though, are begging for some definition. You drew the legs and feet nicely; Why not the arms? Moving down, the hips are shaped well but your shading doesn't transfer cleanly to the clothing. This makes her body look distorted from what her legs are suggesting. The shoulders are also a little bit boxy.
For future reference, try to make both hands visible next time. The more practice, the better you'll get at it. Same with backgrounds.

It's called an actual visit to the beach. At that angle, it's -MORE- than possible to see the water look just like that.
It's called observation of the natural world. That is impossible unless there is something blocking the horizon. It is flat, by default. Even waves wouldn't cause the entire world to become distorted.
Even mimicking a fish eye lens effect could never produce a wavy distortion. It'd either be concave or convex in shape.
if it were to look like that, then itd have to be a giant ass wave coming in, then it would explain her WTF IS THAT face. if what the author was going for emotion through color and shape instead of symmetry, then this is win

83 score for the batman!!! <3 and once again, thank you very much for the critique, and you made me want to stuff peanuts in my mouth, that is just rockin right there! but thanks for critiquing, i have always had some issues with shaping the arms, but admittedly i got a bit lazy with them in the end, thus noodles! and i am working at making the perspectives work in piccys!
