From his tagging history, it looks like he was some weird obsession with thick thighs, tagging characters with them as obese or anatomically inaccurate. He gets on people for not 100% correctly using body-related tags, but also seems to have a warped perception of body types.

I love thick thighs too, but Jesus Christ, try not to be a control freak about it.

I mean normally whenever i go on to a gore post that was mistagged it's a pretty huge deal, so I'd say that tags might be at least a little important
