You misunderstood one thing. Sweet's near death experience happen recently. Teeteeh's happened ten years ago. Now the Limbo is a place that has no time those who died in the past and in the future intersects. And those who get revived sent back to their respected timeline. For Ginger they just left recently and for Teeteeh it happen 10 years ago. Lee already served his time in prison since chapter 1 and 2. The store scene happen in the present while in Teeteeh POV are flashback.

What, how does emporio know teeteeh? We better get a scene of these 2.

No Lee the kantonian meowth is the one who ended up in jail, but he fell into the river with Teeteeh, when Ginger helped Sweet and Teeteeh move on they returned to their bodies, Sweet briefly possessed Lee's body to help get Teeteeh out of the river. Afterwards Sweet returned to his own body which is a Galarian meowth. They were both briefly in limbo together which is not affected by time the parts we see with Teeteeh as a charmander take place before our current story involving the awkward Lucario and our strange Cheshire cat.
