I have several questions about Pokemon Human Hybrids?

1) Can they legally register as a trainer?

2) Can they legally be used in Pokemon battles?

3) Can they use themselves in place of their own Pokemon in battles if they are a trainer?

4) Do they lay eggs?

5) Can they use TMs?

6) Can they be captured in pokeballs?

7) Can they evolve?

8) Do they retain all their powers?

Assuming you mean the Hybrid Type in the first panel, the only two of these I can answer are 7 and 8, the others have never been brought up/answered in Salty's universe or by Salty himself.

7) No, they don't evolve in the typical fashion, they age just like humans except their Pokémon parts might change over time. In cases for Gardevoirs/Gallades, the red fins are basically an armor exoskeleton that grow and break off as they age and they most likely appear in the same places as the evolutionary line (middle of head as Ralts, sides of head as Kirlia and chest as Gardevoir/Gallade) and the one in the chest doesn't break down and is just armor next to the rib cage.

8) They do have powers but the full extent hasn't been explored yet, although it has been brought up that the powers evolve in a sense.

They will all be answered, though it may take a couple decades. We will receive plenty of booty to enjoy in the meantime.

I would assume like any other humanoid asshole? Unless you are asking if they have separate holes for defecation and birthing/egg laying.
