This is a good pentagram because it's upside. Bad is - upside-down.
She have wings, so she's a Demon. All demons are wise and kind, protect humans from bad/evil things from devils and some evil angels.

Pentagrams aren't inherently evil, though they can be. It depends on how they're drawn, what purpose is driving it, and it's surroundings. A pentagram by itself - called a pentacle - is actually a sign of good luck and fortune. Add some various runes around it, it becomes a summoning ritual for various otherworldly entities, as well as a 'containment unit' that imprisons the entities within. As for what they were talking about demons being good and fallen angels and devils I have no idea.

Sorry if that was completely random. I just enjoy the occult and explaining it a bit. :)
