Yeah, dont use liquify or warp to animate in PS... At the very least, separate the characters on the image in layers, and recreate the moving parts that arent in the original image.

Finally, Yes. Everyone does start somewhere. The difference is that most of us know that just because we worked hard doesn't mean its good. Most of us have enough shame and humility to practice and practice over and over before we ever think about posting a thing. There is nothing wrong with being a starting artist but you need to keep trying over and over until you get good because if you just call something done after the first try you'll never get any better.

What If I say I couldn't do better on the animating part (because I have no skill or practice in it) and that this image hurts my eyes to look at it in action? I don't see anything wrong, negative, or troll-like in that... but it is true, the full version strains and causes pain to my eyes because it just... the way it moves.
