Pretty sure that's taken from the artist's Patreon, the public pages (i.e. the ones you can find here on e6) are usually one page behind.
I assume it's an honest mistake on your part, but it's probably best to delete it, mods aren't very keen on pirated art being linked here.

Edit: to answer the mod's question, I don't actually know the exact consequences of reporting someone here (I'm rarely active in the comment section myself) so I didn't know if I'd be getting someone in trouble for something they might not have done intentionally – better to assume ignorance than malice, and all that. Figured I'd give them a chance to fix their mistake first. I do apologize if I ought to have reported it instead.

1. It’s been stated by both the author and the artist, multiple times and vehemently, that Serah will not be getting pregnant. At all.
2. It was established earlier that Serah is taking contraceptives.
3. It’s been a bloody week. Not even enough time for a pregnancy test to give a result (usually about 2-3 weeks). Never mind that most women don’t get morning sickness until around week 6.

Reporting more often than not just leads to a simple warning which decays after 6 months upon request.

Warnings to my understanding are

Neutral: which have no bearing on your status here on the site but serve as a polite reminder "Please don't do that again." You will usually get these before anything else. You usually don't get banned for these no matter how many you have. These are for minor infractions or first time offenses or if the mod simply wants to be nice.

Red: Which serves as a "Hey, don't the rules again", followed by the usual "Final warning", and slid into a permanent ban, though 3 isn't always the end. Temporary bans may be handed out between them depending on the infraction. Sometimes a mod will over ride this formula and go straight to a ban for top tier infractions like racial comments.

If you see an issue that you believe needs to be reported please report it to help keep the site clean, you're not doing anyone but the offender a favor by ignoring it. And the site staff are usually pretty chill and handle it without issue or without ban for first time offenders. Just make sure what you report is actually against the rules, you'd be surprised how much junk reports these guys get.

Odds are you're not going to get someone banned or in serious trouble with a report, and if you do and they already had 2 red flags then they probably deserved it anyways.
