    If you want to change something, you only harm yourself by wating for the new year to do it.

    (Also, that resolution crowd is always clogging my gym to high heaven for 2 weeks)

  • I gave up resolutions a couple decades ago. Now I make myself feel good for the new year by donating to charities. Automatic payments are easier than getting up early for a gym session.

    FYI, some charities are tax deductible, so you might be able to write it off your taxes
