Highly doubt it. Out off all the artist's work, they rarely ever do transformation stuff (only 2 images out of 900 did). Plus, most of their work seems to stick relatively close to lore accuracy. Nah, if anything, Lady Sneasler just got a little carried away and accidentally gave him a poisonous nip on the neck.

I'd guess that Sneasler will have to rush him to a human village to treat the poison, take him to the Pearl Clan, they will realize that she is no longer frenzied, and they will figure that she is only friendly to Ingo thus making him her Warden.
