i do hope nobody would be insane enough to animate this. my curiousity would most likely result in me watching it and i don't thing i would get that one out of my head for a while

From what I understand, the character in the wheel is called Jump-kun (ジャンプくん) and he's the mascot for Pro Action Replay and Code Freak cheat devices in Japan. The artist said this was based on their childhood experience of having their Pokemon file wiped when using PAR. So I guess Jump-kun hijacked these Pokemon and is using his reality-bending powers for horny purposes.

This is so ridiculous, but I can't help but love it.
