That's easy to do, you go into Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and drag the "Clarity" slider all the way to the left to get that kind of an effect. Can do it in Photoshop too. So no, she isn't fake, she is legitimately 100% REAL.

Clarity slider is the cheapest way to get rid of blemishes and wrinkles.

Plus, a mannequin, or even "doll", doesn't have the weight to put that large of an impact on the bed. We had a mannequin in my Photography class (for whatever reason) and it didn't weight enough.
