MemberThere's 2 ways this could end - he ends up caught and losing his job OR they end up getting closer over time and end up having their own family... I'd love the 2nd option...
Supertails28
MemberI really do like the second option and would like to see that happen, but I can’t help imagining him choosing the gigachad option: putting handcuffs on her now and leaving her frustrated as he does his job as an officer.
But it would be a bit heart wrenching after that last panel.
PhilTheDragon
MemberI actually expected a 3rd option, since this is inspired by a "cop who loves killing" troll comment, but apperently the main cop will be a girl. Would be too edgy even for "Grimart", now that I think about it.

MemberPoor guy was just trying to do his job. Also, why are his arms a different color from the rest of him? His face and tail match so I assume his torso is also the same color

This heat is messing with her mind.
another brick
MemberI think she refers to the fact that he's a cop
Octophile
MemberJust because somebody is a cop doesn't mean that they're somebody you can trust.
(In case you're wondering, yes I'm American.)
But this is just logic too. Entire police forces can be corrupt, and are in some countries, and even if not there's always a few bad apples in any bunch. People be people. Also, having somebody uphold the law vs putting their dick in you are two wildly different things.
another brick
MemberI think her comment is at least in part ironic. I don't think that she's totally oblivious to the risks of the situation and potential negative consequences of what they're about to do.
Believe me I know what it's like to not have any trust in law enforcement, as do most people on this planet, unfortunately. I grew up in a country (a certain very-very large country) where you generally want to cross to the other side of the street when you see cops (I'm not even exaggerating). Thankfully, I have long lived in another place in Europe where you actually feel very comfortable and safe around police officers. I hope every place in the world gets to this level as soon as possible.
Peace!

MemberKnowing grimart, there's is a third option, and that's to make things worse for himself down the road.
