Honestly, I love the uniform. I've always really liked how sleek and nice it looked. I'm not sure what TW stands for, I hope its nothing horrible. But it sucks that fashion has been tainted by Nazi's. Its such a good fashion, just, a terrible history attached to it. Nice art though, really cute

Unfortunately it's Nazi related, you can't get away from the SS on the collar. The TW I imagine is in reference to the first two letters in the artists name.

If I had to guess, I'll say it's "Trigger Warning" because of the type of uniform and symbology she's wearing, or maybe it's just the TwT emote as someone else said. nonetheless it's a nice drawing, taking out all the nazi stuff of course.
