    i think he is gay...
from the look on his face.

OR, you know, he could be 1) shy, 2) interested in another girl, 3) just not interested in her, 4) interested, but unsure of himself, 5) interested, but unsure if she's really flirting/interested...just to name a FEW possibilities. Or you can just follow the source link and find out the guy saved her from a couple of jerks who were going to do who knows what to her, and she's been practically stalking him ever since, so maybe, just maybe, he's a little weirded out by all the attention.

Seriously, why does everyone automatically jump to the conclusion that someone has to be homosexual if they don't immediately tackle and mount any member of the opposite sex that wanders into close proximity? It couldn't possibly be that there are actually gentlemen left in the world now could it? Sheesh.

I'm in total agreement with you. I'm generally shy around the opposite sex and for that I'm usually viewed as being into guys. Hell I'm always being hit on by my gay co-workers.

He also can be asexual. Or just with a bad mood and she trying to cheer him up to make him a bit happier. :3

  • Classic anime protagonist syndrome. He's angsting over how the girls he likes doesn't notice him, and his childhood friend (who like him, ofc) Is trying to cheer him up (and failing).

  • The moral of the story is: don't stick your neck out and help people you know nothing about. They might just start stalking you.

I'd probably seem as oblivious as him there. I'm just an introverted guy and need time to open up to someone. Most girls take it the wrong way and think I'm not interested, because that's what I'm signalling.

Here's a tip for you gals out there: Ask the guy. Be upfront. If he's not interested in you or has a girlfriend or something, he's gonna tell you and at least you can move on. If he's interested, hey presto, instant relationship (just add water).

It's people like you that give me hope for the world.
