Well it is technically accurate. Canine penises do hang straight down due to their heavy engorged weight. And they also continue to shoot while doing so.

Yup agreed, but you don't say if you liked the picture, I for one do like it and praise the artists work for being accurate as well as nice artistically, it is a great view.
