Looks like a bunch of males to me. Female blackbird look completely different, only males are black.

Yep. Though there's a few exceptions, such as ducks, swans, cassowaries and ostriches.

Actually the song says "four colly birds" it's an older name for common blackbirds. Colly = black like coal :)
