Bio: Risa is a shiny Toxapex with an undying thirst for mayhem. She has wavy light pink patterns on her tentacles. Each tentacle has two pink spikes coming out along the width, while the ends have two yellow pincers, all of which are poisonous.
She has 8 tentacles max- normally a Toxapex has 10, the only ones she’s missing are the front two that would normally cover her face.
Her teeth, fleshy insides, nipples (Not pictured here, see the nsfw ref), and lips are all yellow. Her lips are quite large, and her teeth are sharp and triangular. Her areolas are also massive in size, taking up a lot of her breast space (Again, not pictured here).

Risa’s eyes have a pale pink sclera, with a striking white iris and a slitted black pupil. The pink sclera also has faint rings to it surrounding the iris.
Yellow horns sit around her head forming a sharp crown, with the two above her eyes being shorter. In the centre is another needle like yellow horn, known as her most poisonous point.

Lastly her legs have a slight gradient to them down to her feet. She also has a few pink freckles dotter around her grey body- namely her collarbone, hips and knees.

Risa has an explosive personality and is known to be a pretty wild card. You can never be certain how an interaction with her will go. She’s very similar to Sharna actually- Always looking for a fight, a proper brawl. She’s got a loud, unruly disposition, yet despite this she is never actually angry- she’s always got a smirk across her face, she just LOVES the gangster lifestyle.

Speaking of gangsters, she’s part of Petra’s gang… though Risa says she’s a ‘part-time member’. Even though she’s an official member, Risa may swap sides or just up and leave to do her own thing, really solidifying that Risa focuses on herself and her own desires more than the gangs.
A good example is that Risa is actually on good terms with Minoir and Vexa- whom the gang has rivalries with. It’s a very strange gangster war. Petra wishes she had more control over Risa.

Risa will have calmer moments as well of course, she likes to chill and bathe in the sea waters, or the public fountain… she gets a kick out of scaring the locals.

When Risa is REALLY getting into a fight or some good old-fashioned chaos, she can stretch her tentacles to almost triple their length! Standing tall above others and even some small buildings, this is the Kraken Unleashed. Its wise to run, as she really cannot control her hunger for mayhem at this point. She’s broken buildings, tossed and crushed cars, even ripped palm trees from their roots just to use as a weapon. Not far behind this outburst of energy comes Sharna- who is typically the one to beat her in the fight and calm her down. You could call them Blood Sisters honestly.
Other times Risa simply uses her stretching tentacles to grab heavy objects and get things from a distance, each tentacle is able to move freely and independently.

That’s about it, she’s not a very deep character, she just lives to have fun and cause chaos. If ya buy her a drink at the bar, she’ll be a good buddy for the night, maybe go to a club for a fun night out.

Relationships:
.Petra’s Gang:
. Petra- The leader of the gang, a Mega Absol. Risa joined solely for the desire to assist in causing mayhem and crime. That being said, Risa doesn’t treat Petra like a leader.
. Scarelle- A poison Servine who does the bare minimum for the group but does it well. Scarelle is a lot more laid back and is more than happy to let Risa do the work herself. Scarelle appears not to like Risa much, but she actually is jealous of Risa’s freedom and ability to just do what she wants with no regrets.
. Muk- A large pink striped Muk that doesn’t speak much. While the Muk acts like a full on slime monster, Risa is the one to give her some compassion and makes her feel better about herself.

. Sharna – Sharna and Risa are super close friends, as the two seem to show almost psychotic personalities. A craving for mayhem and destruction. Risa just might be Sharna’s best friend on the island.
. Kaelee – Kaelee was originally being pressured to joining Petra’s little thug gang, but she refused to take part in it. Risa would end up taking that spot and she gloats about it- even if she doesn’t take her role seriously. Funnily enough though the two ended up becoming friends pretty good friends. Risa LOVES to do anything with Kaelee.
. Hoopa - There’s a Hoopa on the island who’s also like Sharna and Risa, maybe they would form their own trio… Risa REALLY wants this to be a thing, maybe even go against Petra’s gang with her own.
. Minoir + Vexa – The two gengars form a rival gang. Risa should hate them according to the rules- but nah, Risa actually quite likes them. They always greet each other positively when they meet, during gang hours or not. Risa especially likes Vexa, for having a similar fighting style. They like to fool around with one another even!
. Narir – This Phione clearly has an attraction towards Risa- and she’s noticed. She’ll tease him about it and let him have some fun. They also like exercising together.
. Karina – Another Mawile that Risa gets along with. While Karina is no fighter like Sharna… she’s cute and friendly, something Risa does appreciate from time to time.
. Solea – A good friend, that’s all (:
. Oli & Giza – This pink Zweilous is quite feral- and Risa likes that. While talking isn’t easy, Risa will tumble with them often and try to take the Zweilous shopping for punk outfits. Risa has been bitten a few times by Gisa specifically- she likes the roughness.
. Darkria/ Ria – Darkria is normally quite opposing, but Risa is the only one to actually make her feel uneasy.
. Ville – A shortstack mega Banette who owns a strip club. Risa is only close with her because they like to fool around a lot. Risa gets to go in for free.
. Phyra – A Blaziken dojo leader. Normally she’d be wanting to have someone like Risa join the dojo- but unlike Sharna, Phyra feels Risa is too crazy to fit in.

Likes:

Fun Facts:
. Whenever she gets a new phone, she breaks the screen on purpose for the aesthetic. All her phones have a cracked screen.
. Risa may bury herself in the sand just to jump out and scare others.
. She’s entered many fighting tournaments, she’s even ambushed a few- she has always lost in some comedic way. Others wonder if she’s trying to make a name for herself.
. She wants to play sports with others, but usually ends up destroying balls or breaking equipment. She’s also way too good as baseball- the only sport she can play without worry.
. Yes, she’ll wrap you up with her tentacles… they may try to go places, yes you will get poisoned.

Happy to finally have Risa's ref done!!! She deserved a good revamp. I find it funny out of all of Petra's gang, she's the first to be fully drawn xD
