Surely most of the costs should be covered by the rent they pay? I can’t imagine there isn’t an expense account that Red could pull the necessary funds from. Maybe Grandpa just forgot to tell her about it? He can’t expect her to run the place without receiving the funds it generates.

I mean yeah, there should be a specific landlord account for these expenses. My guess would be the safe in Red's room has something to do with it
