For some people, "futa" basically has the same definition as gynomorph, being "penis and breasts, no vagina". Others, like you, have it mean hermaphrodite, being "penis, breasts, and vagina". This is the reason why more exact terms, like gynomorph or hermaphrodite, are preferred and used, like on e621. Those words have precise definitions, making easier to find exact posts.
Either way, they're still incorrect because Loona in this animation has no breasts, therefore they would only be tagged as male. If they had a vagina, they would be tagged as maleherm instead.
