Finally finished another animation, hope you enjoy!

Bit of backstory to this - after I finished the noivern animation last year I got started on another project. After like a month of that one, I decided to switch to another project. That second project blew up in scope and turned into an absolute mega-project, and after like 8 months on that project I got burned out on it. At that point I tabled the megaproject in favor of this one, which was *supposed* to be a quick and easy 30sec animation to get something out the door, but scope creep struck again and here we are. I will eventually finish those other projects I started, but it's nice to get to a point where I have a completed animation after all that project hopping.

    The art did not make me expect much, especially with those weird side mouths. But the animation was damn good!

    Duly noted - I guess you spend long enough staring at the same image and stuff like that starts to look normal. I think normally I'd let small stuff slide after I've already uploaded, but this seems like it's distracting enough to warrant an updated version. Some things you can afford to mess up - facial expressions are not one of them.

    I adore this style. Endearingly simple shapes for the actual drawings, paired with delightfully expressive faces and body language. It's not just a simple loop; you can really see and feel the escalation as the animation progresses. Bravissimo!

    This is really quite well done, the movements are generally very good, and it has a bit of a romantic feel to it I suppose. Not bad.
