After reading the reason for Foxes in Love being eliminated from this site, I have a question: Are there any other long-running comics on this site that dance on the edge of acceptable that we need to worry about?

What an absolute joke. Removing a long-running comic that was clearly well-accepted by the userbase on the grounds of "quality standards" by a handful of staff is like a spit on the face of the site's community. This should have been the subject of a community vote at the very least, as well as any other similar cases.

I dont like to get harsh with language... But who ever decided that these ledgendary comics should be removed from this site should think about taking a vacation to Enid, Oklahoma and venture deep in to the woods at night

Yes, the site has specific rules, but those rules are open to a degree interpretation and opinion.
It’s a question of “low quality” or “intentionally minimalist style”.
Foxes in Love has been here for many years (and has many fans), this is the first time it’s been categorised as being insufficient quality. (AFAIK)
Personally, I'm very sad it's gone.

The fact that all but 2 of the images have been deleted, says to me that this has little to do with the quality of the art (pics already uploaded here would have had grandfather's rights), so what's the real reason behind it?

It's been an internal issue for a long time, just recently they have made the decision. The good news is that they have their own site you can check em out on, so our two favorite fox friends are still around.

whoever supports this change has no balls

why couldn't FIL be spared from the great quality purge :(
