Yeah, I've tried flagging too and it didn't work. I tried multiple times on the same picture before giving up, hoping I wasn't making myself look retarded, har.

Not sure why it didn't work, but the "waiting for approval" theory sounds like it could be about right.

And what's up with the snobby art owners lately? If I were you, I'd just delete dingbat's line-art and substitute my own (in as similar a style as I could manage) just to spite Cornelius. If he really has the time of day to complain over such triviality, I'd make the time to undermine him.
