He's back as he should've been.

Now we just need to see what happened to Foxy. I mean with Bonnie it was implied that Monty destroyed him and we got that Freddy line in Bonnie Bowl "I do not come up here anymore, I miss him", but with Foxy we get nothing. Not even a hint of what happened to him, he's just gone.

he has a cut out near the daycare i think there was a lawsuit that was caused by his hook which harmed a child or he was replaced by sun/moon
