I had to cut down the frames on #1. from 16 to 4, hope it doesn't show too obviously.

16 frames to 4 is a massive cut but I didn't notice it, it looks totally fine, nothing bad about those 4 frames at all. Laughed at #6 "SUCCESS!!!" B)

To this point, every of these pages are actually seven gifs with 4 frames each all put together by placing each individual frame over the other and saving the image as a PNG, and then creating an animation out of those PNGs, but for some reason the #1 gif had 16 frames, for a relatively easy animation.

Oh okay, I still liked it and found that all the effort was for nothing and that the overall outcome was still a cute/funny success :3

So that's what i have been doing wrong this whole time.

The only difference is the blinking in panel 1, prolly every 16th frame.
