Listen, if fishing was more like this furries including myself will flock to all sorts fishing spots to the point to where you would have to book a spot months in advance.

There's a similar fishing technique called noodling where fishermen stick their hands in holes at the bed of a lake and wiggle their fingers. This baits the fish living in those holes to bite onto their hand so they can pull the fish out and ideally stab it or bash its brains in or whatever. It's mainly used to catch catfish and is banned in most US states with exceptions for alot of southern states. I HIGHLY recommend against doing it, however, since it causes open wounds which can easily be infected especially in swamp/lake water.
