Description

Immediately after his birth, Vali headed out to slay Höder (Who was deemed to be guilty despite being an unwilling participant) and it was said that Vali “Did not wash his hands or comb his head, until he bore Balder’s adversary to the pyre”.

    It's doubtful Höder resisted. After all, he was tricked into killing his brother, and that would be devastating even for us mere mortals. He more than most others would consider himself deserving of death.
