MemberI requested this at /trash/ , i dunno the year, and Lon delivered, it is from a Boys Love Manga (Doujinshi), Buchou Wa Onee (The Boss is a Drag Queen) By Nagabe (Prize winner artist). The Dragon is Vincent Falnail (he has tags here too) he's sort of a strict boss who hides his homossexual lifestyle (he works at a Drag Bar) from his subordinates. The Wolf and Bird are potential boyfriends (and rivals). You can find the Manga online for sale.
