Hm... I'd say you're right since what we percieve as an orgasm is chemicals and signals being released from the brain. But in this case I'd argue, that the tentacles block those signals from actually being recognized by her five senses. Therefore her body is technically experiencing orgasm after orgasm without her actually being able to be aware of any of it.

In other words: It's furry porn logic to satisfy my edging kink lol

From what I read, orgasming isn't called by the brain; but by your spine, to the point where one of the after effects from the injuries have lead people to have spontaneous orgasms out of nowhere. This leads me to believe that someone could orgasm without 'feeling' anything.
