The tag is locked in, which means a mod has decided that it's going to stay there no matter what. Evolutionary stage doesn't imply anything about the age of a character, and the character in question is stated to be an adult, but if a mod says otherwise then there's nothing anyone can do about it, unless perhaps Dacad themself complained.

Style choices and proportions is what matters not evolution stage, and it looks to me that this shouldnt be tagged young. The scorbunny doesnt look childlike, its only shorter in comparision to typhlosion.
