Considering the mask, general outfit and colorization, I think the character would fit well into either something like a post-apocalyptic scenario in a toxic/radioactive decayed city or just a dystopian type setting where authorities rule over nearly all. I'd still imagine the setting/backstory to take place in a city though. With the symbol on the visor as well as the mask, I feel like a name relating to something chemical would fit well, like "Tox" (as in Toxin or Toxic). Not the best example, but it's an example nonetheless.

Since they seem to be somewhat armored they could perhaps be a guard or fighter for some sort of resistance group, or they'd just be solo. The hood gives a sense of anonymity/stealth so I could see them only working alone, but they'd fit into a group setting nicely as well.

I'm kind of a nerd for giving my own characters unique weapons, so I'm gonna delve into a potential weapon for this proot cause why not lmao. I could easily see them using both firearms as well as melee, but to keep it simple, I'd just imagine them carrying some sort of silenced firearm, be it an existing one in modern day or something in the future (since, y'know, it's a protogen). For melee, two daggers can never go wrong, but maybe for something more unique they'd wield some sort of electrified baton? Anything works, really. The only thing I wouldn't see them really using is any type of polearm or two handed weapon in general. But that's just me.

Anyways yeah that's just my take on this character lol
