Well, if you really want to be nit-picky, there are no brakes, there's no chainring, no chain, the chainguard is on the wrong side, the bottom bracket shell is way too small for what appears to be an oddly shaped one-piece crankset, and the shape of the bottom of the head tube would not allow the bike to turn given how the top of the fork is right against it.
