Doesn't look like any American weapon I've seen, but I'll guess an M240B...no, too big. Can't be a M249...hell, I don't know.

It has to be a fictional gun. A mix between an L82(handguard and stock), an m249 (box magazine and handle), and an M60 (stock).

Firstly, no. Those are rifle cases it's ejecting, and that flashhider is way too small to fire a 12 gauge through.
Secondly, no real-world military actually uses the AA-12, so it's really not all that much of a military shotgun.

my 2 cents is that it is a fictional gun, influenced by the SA80 series, but the carrying handle reminds me of a M240...
