Infectious Humanity is one of the raddest and most potentially wholesome tropes out there, in my books.
There's a version of it for like, Demons and Angels that's absolutely choice (lookin at you Good Omens), but I think the most compelling version of it is with aliens and cosmic beings that have absolutely nothing in common with humanity or its beliefs.

It's almost like the counterpart to Cosmic Horror, like...Cosmic Wonder?
This lovely idea of two radically different forms of life opening each other's experiences to entirely new way of seeing the world.
That the whole "OH wow that's a weird as hell cosmic entity and seeing it changed my brain and now I understand the universe in a whole new way!" goes both ways, and that instead of Going Mad From The Revelation, those two beings can reach out to one another and teach each other how to experience these terrifying new ideas and sensations safely. To become more, both of them, by choosing to try and understand a totally different strata of life. To choose to face the uncomfortable and alien universe, and help others do so, rather than go it alone and be broken by the weight of the world.
Apes together strong, and all that, only it turns out apes and eldritch beasties together strong too.
