Well, she is the trap imp, after all.

But is it really much of a trap if the other party is more than perfectly fine with it?

Does Shane Frost ever do non-straight ships in his works, or does he ever plan to?

There have been a few things here and there that I have done. Most recently was the story "All that Glitters" in which Thomas is very evidently Bi-sexual and probably leans more towards the male side of things. I can be a princess had Shannon zero about the guys and all about the girls.

I also have a story set off to the side that's more or less a bargain-bin version of Ralsei + Chris from Undertale.

Between my carpal tunnel, three stories, and constantly fighting to maintain support for my work, I have to choose things more carefully. All that Glitters for example cost me dearly and lost a lot of support that sent me crashing down and trying to claw my way back up. Heck, I'm still clawing.

Really, people didn't like all that glitters to the point of economic crash? Fuck man, shit sucks and I am sorry to hear that. I quite enjoyed that one shane, straight as I may be.

I completely understand that not everything I work on is going to be up to everyone's tastes and respect the choices of anyone if they feel they no longer want to support my current or future work. But Glitter's story nearly drove up to thirty people out of my patreon in less than a month during the work on it. That's almost someone leaving every single day. I appreciate and value everyone's support, but to put it lightly, I haven't stopped stressing ever since and now work on multiple stories to see if I can give everyone something they're after.

For the record, I ADORE All that Glitters. Glitter as a character matters a lot to me. I wanted to work on a sequel but I just don't know if I can risk that. Between my physical and emotional health, trying to balance my family and relationship, and the fear of losing enough support I have to go back into work full time (lose more time on art, lose more patrons, the cycle feeds itself) well..you can imagine the pressure of why I make the choices that I do.

I see! Well, I had to stop my subscription because it became a financial burden to do so, personally, not because of anything to do with the quality of your content or my opinions of it. Your works are always AMAZING, by the way. I loved All That Glitters, and I’d forgotten your non-straight works. My bad! I’m actually gunna return to my subscription to you in the coming weeks. I hope you find relief from your symptoms. I have Cubital Tunnel Syndrome in both arms, so I know the relative ball park of what you’re going through. That SUCKS, especially for an artist.

To you and everyone else, please know that when I say these things I am not complaining about you or anyone who no longer are on my patreon. It needs to be known first and foremost, I am nothing but grateful for the support that I am given especially when it comes to so many other artists and experiences you have the option to pledge to. You dears are blessings to my life and my family.

But the stress that I am feeling and the struggles I am going through to keep myself up should never come at the cost of someone else's hardships and financial burdens. I never want anyone to feel any sense of obligation or guilt if they feel for whatever reason that they need to move on. I was put in the position of prosperity because of kindness and generosity. I have nothing but gratitude and will never see it any other way than the blessing it has been.

I'm glad that you and others can enjoy my work, and it is my hopes that both of us will find more pockets of time to find rest for our painful conditions. <:)
