    Disagree. It depends on the average temperature for where you live, ie. what you're acclimatized to.
    For example, I'm most comfortable between 18-20C.
    27C is sweltering, and our local summertime highs of 32-36C are death. But someone from, say, Florida would probably be right at home at those temps.

  • Wow I must be the coldest person here preferring Temps of 50 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit or 10 to about 15.5 degrees Celsius but I could get away with pretty much any of the other temperatures here

    During the summer I see people swimming and boating when the air temp is 75 and the water is 65 (24 and 18.5 C°), but that's northern Minnesota USA for you, climatization can make almost any environment tolerable or even likable if that's what you're used to.
