It's likely harder than it seems. Torture could include common and harmless kinks like BDSM and electro stimulation. Death and necrophilia would end up including zombie and undead characters, even very fuckable ones like the Zombie girl from Shantae.

Still, the tags gore and snuff can probably go from most peoples feed without much harm.

I'm pretty sure this is the default blacklist when you create an account too. Gore and young are going to block out all of those. Gore is probably involved in most snuff and possibly necrophilia.
By definition, gore is going to encompass guro and young is already implied for loli and cub.

There's really no excuse for anyone to be exposed to this kind of stuff if they don't want to. Newer accounts already block out most of this stuff by default and older accounts(before this default blocklist was a thing I guess?) shouldn't be too lazy to add 1 or 2 tags to their blacklists.

Hmm you're probably right I'm no programmer so it's probably a lot harder than it looks but I think there's room for improvement on it although it's got a pretty solid foundation because most sites don't even have a block list
