As a princess, at this point, she finds herself having no more dignity left.
After her guards and army failed her and allowed her to be taken away by the creepy goblin like Pokemons outside of her kingdom, her days have been hell, what happens on the precious, gorgeous princess is imaginable.
And of course, having these Sableye invading her body once and once again is bound to lead to something more terrifying for her.

Once a cherished princess, now dying in this almost shameful motherly task, birthing the Sableyes she did not mean to carry at first place.
She sweats, whines, crying out in each push in efforts, she never imagined she would become a mother that soon, much sooner than she thought, and she did not... expect this to be this painful.
The laughter around doesn't help, a delicate princess dying in front of the Sableye brutes as the Sableye babies inch out of her sturdy body, she's been pushing for way too long.
She's stuck in an awkward situation, her body's endurance have took her this far, but at the same time, it being a double-edge as her body rarely budge and stretch wider for the babies.

Almost in a pitying manner, the Sableyes threw her her precious Mega Stone, they wished nothing but her suffering longer, it's simply... entertaining.
She knows that, and she already had enough with all those shames and laughter, her delicate mental is not handling that well and briefly she refused to use the Mega Stone... As a big part of her mind wishes nothing more than a death that comes as soon as possible.
But she reached out to the Mega Stone, transformed, now sitting upright and keep going with more powerful efforts and now more sturdy body... Why? The poor princess does not know why, but her body has made the choice.

Whimper, bending forward, push, and push, and push, and push...
It felt like a war that goes on eternally, her sturdy inner body slowly breaks apart, grind into broken rock bits as the baby comes out.
And then a scream... a desperate yelp comes along with great effort as she tosses her head back, frustrated, but also pushed with all her strength, her only wish, is to get her babies out, although she doesn't even know why they matter this much to her, there is a sense of... urge, and determination, she wanted to push them out, wanted to give them life, wanted to show them love... Despite how she was not meant to carry these vile babies at first place.

And then a shattering sound, her body convulses, eyes rolled up... Something very violent must have happened down there, she thought, but at the same time, the pressure on her belly... was released for a little bit...
As the massive ghostly baby's head comes out fully from her tormented body.
Finally reaching the end of her rope, life begins to dim out of her diamond body and eyes.
Still floating upright due to her Mega Evolution's power, but her top body has went limp, collapsed in a very strange way that makes her unhealthy big belly stands out even more.

She knows she failed, she knows there is nothing much she can do now.
Death is coming.
... But the thought of it no longer dreads her as the Sableye brutes decided to give her one last torture, as they swing their hammer at her belly that made of rock.
And knowing that the babies are getting out of her dying body sooner or later, no matter how... it brought a rare, relieving smile on her face.
